This is by far one of the best written and understandable books on this topic. I find the information, the research, that evidence, and recent discoveries in science, cosmetology, DNA and astronomy so overwhelming that I could only wonder as to why so many would still chose to believe otherwise. It is my opinion that many Agnostics, Atheist and Humanist would avoid this book, because it would lead them to seriously consider a Supreme God, Creator and ruler of the universe, thus making every excuse as to why NOT to believe in Creation and God irrelevant.Indeed they who choose not to believe in God would have to come to truly consider a divine design in the universe, the earth, every molecule and every atom and the reason they mostly fear, I believe, consequences for wrong actions and sin. This book confirms what we have always believe.
I believe that this book was the last written word from Grant just before he went to be with the Lord. As I approach the age of 83, I realize that our last words are of importance to others if we love the Lord! This subject is of HIGH INTEREST to me because it tells us why we were created and what our purpose here on Planet Earth if all about! It's somewhat like learning who we are by checking or researching or Family ancestral heritage. This book will provide you with a bigger picture of God Himself and the purposes behind the entire COSMOS!
Some of the specifics in the compelling evidence Grant Jeffrey presents in this book have already been established by others, but I found the whole book fascinating, and had difficulty putting it down.Jeffrey covers the largess of space and universe as well as those invisible to the human eye. It's quite the span--and always interesting. He takes complexities and explains them in understandable ways for the non-technical reader. He makes it clear from the onset where he stands, but I did not find Him brow-beating those who need evidence to believe. He just lays out the facts for what they are for the reader to accept or reject, but ends the book with an invitation to honest belief.
The only way anyone could dismiss creation after reading this book is to flatly ignore FACTS. No way could these things have taken place no matter how many billions years you need. Besides, Carbon 14 is only accurate on that which was once living (not rocks) and the accuracy significantly decreases after about 4,000 years. Just accept it. "In the beginning God..."
The message of this book helps expand understanding of the incredible complexity of life as God explains and details in the Bible. I would challenge anyone to read this book and not come away having a sense of awe at the wonder of creation and the master artistry and design and calculated order of God. Thank you Lord Jesus that you are the Truth, the Way, and the Life and no one comes to the Father, but by You! Thank you Grant for clearly revealing this truth in your book.
This is one of the best resources I've read with many aspects of God's creation proving what the Bible says. It brings out quotes from many well-known Scientists who admit that there is no possible way things could have accidentally been formed. It is one of the best books that I have seen that gives a broad spectrum of scientific proof of creation that you will not hear in the classroom.
Mr. Jeffrey gives a very readable account of why he believes the earth must have been created by a Being with super intelligence and creative ability. Rather than being opposed to science, he makes it clear why he believes true science reveals the character and essence of God when the world is studied objectively rather than from a worldview biased by the pseudo religion of "creationary evolution". (My term, not his). He makes it clear that it takes a great more blind faith to believe the world came into being without any intelligence behind it.
Should be required reading for all christians. I was impressed and moved by many of the arguments and ended up more convinced than ever of a God created world.
